Keep the Flexibility of a Tub and Shower in One Updated Space

A tub-and-shower combo makes sense for homeowners who want to update an aging wet space without giving up either bathing option. You can still take a bath when you want one, use the shower when you do not, and keep a practical setup for children, guests, or a shared household.

One & Done Bath Solutions installs Bath Concepts tub-and-shower systems across Florida, Indiana, and Southern Michigan. These projects focus on the existing wet space, giving you a fresh look, easier upkeep, and durable materials without expanding the project into a full bathroom remodel. We typically complete tub-and-shower installations within two days, with some projects finished in as little as one day.

Shower-to-Tub Conversion

Why Keep a Tub-and-Shower Combo?

Not every bathroom needs a shower-only space. For many households, having both options in a single footprint remains the most useful arrangement.

A tub-and-shower combo can be a good fit when:

  • You still use the bathtub: Keep the option to soak without giving up the convenience of a shower.

  • Children or guests use the bathroom: A tub can make the room more versatile for different routines.

  • Space is limited: A combination system gives you two bathing options without separate fixtures.

  • You want to update the wet space, not the whole room: Replacing the tub, walls, fixtures, and accessories can make a noticeable difference without changing the bathroom layout.

If you feel switching to a shower-only layout is the better fit for your home, One & Done also offers tub-to-shower conversions. If you prefer a shower-only layout, One & Done provides shower remodeling to update your current space, or we can install replacement bathtubs for those who do not require a shower fixture.

A Lower-Maintenance Tub and Shower System

An older tub-and-shower area can be frustrating due to stained grout, worn surfaces, difficult cleaning, or signs of moisture. Bath Concepts systems use low-maintenance materials designed for wet environments. Their nonporous polymer surfaces resist mold and mildew, staining, fading, and everyday wear such as scratching and chipping under normal use.

The wall systems are grout-free, so there are no traditional grout lines to scrub or maintain. Routine cleaning stays simple. Bath Concepts products are also manufactured in the United States.

A Tub-and-Shower Combo Designed Around Your Bathroom

A tub-and-shower combo does not have to look like a basic builder-grade setup. During your in-home consultation, you can compare wall finishes, patterns, fixtures, storage, and other details in your own bathroom.

Bath Concepts offers marble-, stone-, concrete-, and granite-inspired wall finishes along with solid and neutral colors. If you prefer a traditional tiled shower wall, there are also multiple patented laser-etched wall patterns that can give you the look of tile without the upkeep of grout.

Choose showerheads, handhelds, tub fillers, controls, shelving, grab bars, and other accessories to complete your tub-and-shower design. You can also coordinate hardware finishes with your wall system and other bathroom finishes. Fixture finishes may include polished chrome, brushed nickel, oil-rubbed bronze, matte black, and brushed gold.

What to Expect During Installation

One & Done Bath Solutions specializes in wet-space remodeling, so the process stays focused on the tub and shower area.

Start With a Free In-Home Consultation

We measure the existing wet space, review the current configuration, and talk through what you want to change. You can also compare wall styles, fixtures, storage, and other available options.

Select Your Tub-and-Shower Design

Once measurements are taken, you can finalize the tub, wall system, fixtures, and accessories. Bath Concepts systems are designed around existing wet-space footprints, eliminating the need for major layout changes.

Prepare the Existing Wet Space

On installation day, the crew removes any materials that need to be removed and prepares the area for the new system.

Install the New System

The new tub, wall system, fixtures, and selected accessories are installed and finished for use. Installations are typically completed within two days, with some qualifying projects finished in as little as one day.

Why Homeowners Choose One & Done Bath Solutions

One & Done Bath Solutions has focused on making bath remodeling straightforward since 2021. We are a veteran-owned and employee-owned company, and our ownership team brings more than 75 years of combined home improvement experience to the business.

Co-owner John Quillen served nine years in the U.S. Army, bringing structure and reliability to our business. Our connection to the veteran community also extends to our participation in Baths for the Brave, which provides free remodels to improve bathroom accessibility for veterans.

For homeowners, this experience and customer-first philosophy translates into practical guidance and clear expectations. We will talk through what makes sense in your space and help you build a tub-and-shower system that fits your routine and budget, rather than trying to upsell you on services you don’t need.

Bath Concepts provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty on many qualifying bath and shower systems, giving you added confidence that your investment is backed well beyond installation day. Coverage varies by product and manufacturer terms, so we can review the applicable warranty information during your consultation.

Financing is available through Synchrony for qualified homeowners, including special financing programs. You can review financing options before your consultation.
